We know that Christians haven’t always been friends to the LGBTQ community. We’re trying to do things differently. We’re trying to do better.
We celebrate our same-sex families, our teenagers just coming out, parents and relatives and friends with LGBTQ+ loved ones in their lives, and all of our proud allies who are straight but not narrow!
We are an ‘Open and Affirming’ congregation of the United Church of Christ, which means that we are a part of a coalition of churches within our denomination that holds one another accountable for practicing what preach and expressing our commitment to the LGBTQ+ community in concrete acts of care, support, and advocacy.
