We sponsor the Fall Fair, the Christmas Luncheon and organize receptions for Church Memorial Services and other Church social events. Ever evolving, we welcome the opportunity to develop new groups and ministries. Classic Book Group meets monthly to discuss a book written at least 50 ago. Any Church member is welcome to join, both men and women. Contact Sally Bassler if you are interested.
Knitting Ministry is organized by Marnie Hodil. The group knits or crochets shawls and afghans to give to Church members in times of need, and baby blankets to give to children baptized in our care. The group is happy to teach anyone how to knit or crochet.
Nite Owls is our monthly fellowship group that has a long-standing tradition of meeting monthly at Church or members’ homes for dinner each month. This is a time for pure fellowship with no agenda other than enjoying each other’s company. All women of the Church are welcome.
Day Wings is run by Sally Bassler who gathers together those women of the Congregation who prefer not to come out at night. Sally organizes lunch and some entertainment for the group. If you’d like to help Sally set up and plan events, or attend, let her know.
Green Goddesses is a group whose ministry is the care and beautification of the Church’s grounds. See Church Beautification project and download Adopt-a-Spot map.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/2″][vc_single_image image=”6450″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center” onclick=”link_image”][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][vc_column_text el_class=”top30″]
